And whether or not you are "charopping your butt off" has little to do with the second point: if you are, crit-fishing is a broken-good technique with or without this houserule, and if you are not, crit-fishing is a poor technique with or without this houserule. That section is literally there only to say "this houserule isn't going to make crit-fishing an optimal idea unless you were already abusing it enough to be broken." There's sadly not a lot of middle ground there. | |
