While Adam's answer sounds right to me, I do know that a thrown US penny, at 2.5g and, thrown correctly, can draw blood. (I've done so.) And I like slightly more detail.
The 4e4E coin is 1/50th of a pound (presumably avoirdupoisavoirdupois). These keep in mind that these compare in weight to the Sacagawea DollarSacajaweh Dollar coins of the US. The coins (at.. 8.1g) coins are 56 to the avoirdupois pound (453453.59237g)59237 g Pound avoirdupois... That is 3.1 times1x that of a penny. A goodghood arm can getgets one going pretty fast.
A penny is pretty weak... the 4ethat coin is fairly massive. I'd say 0+Strength Bonus
0+Strengh Bonus as damage, but on a crit, do 1d3+Str
1d3+SB.
WhileAnd while no proficiency is present, I'd suggest one could easily be added. Allow, allowing a bonus to hit and increaseincreasing damage to 1d3+Str
1d3+SB, with crit x2
Crit x2. They are aerodynamicareaerodynamic, so the range shouldshoud be about Str
STR feet unskilled, and probably about Str/2
STR/2 5' squares with proficiency.
To hit should be Dex based.
