It was originally written by Ryo Kamiya and released in Japan as Yuuyake Koyake in 2006. Ewen Cluney then crowdfunded the English translation on Kickstarter, and it was released by Star Line Publishing in 2013. A number of supplements, both translations and original works, have also been released since then.
