For the ring of spell storing, I know the spell's DC/attack bonus is based on the caster who originally stored the spell in the ring. My question arises when said caster uses temporary items to boost their spell DC/attack bonus, such as with a Bloodwell Vial for instance. When using the ring to cast a spell, is it the spell DC/attack bonus that was achieved when storing or is it the caster's current spell DC/attack bonus? **EDIT:** I just thought of another situation. I cast a spell into the ring of spell storing. I then level up and raise my proficiency bonus. This no longer considers the idea of a magic item raising my spell DC/attack bonus if that is the hold up.
