While reading some answers, I have found that:

 Combat Expertise, Dodge, Mobility, and Spring Attack are all quite weak (feat)


So I was wondering if there was a complete (or almost) classification or ranking on how strong or weak each feat is  in D&D 3.5e (if possible all material related include)
