@KRyan I did mean within 3.5, and I couldn't find any rules for reverting back unless the druid dies, this is what I guessed would happen, but you're right about my confusion about how non-lethal damage works for regenerating characters, thank you for the clarification
Fun fact about Zceryll, the free Summon Monster spell you can cast once every 5 rounds is not keyed off your binder level. The text says "You can summon any creature from the summon monster list that a sorcerer of your level could summon". Any sane person would say RAI means binder level. But if you're cheesing this hard already...

Well then, there won't have to be an overt betrayal, he will have won.
