comment What is the DM rolling for to adjudicate a PC charging at a hidden goblin in this Lost Mine of Phandelver video on the D&D YouTube channel?
A spoilers notice would be polite.

comment Do you get Extra Attacks when you ready an attack and use it in your own turn?
Can you give an example of using a readied action on your turn? I don't think this is applicable.

Do other PCs get free, swappable powers, or does is the paladin the only one?

comment Is there a class for being a shard of a deity in 5e?
I like this answer best, if we're going to say we don't have to follow the rules of aPC class with our NPCs, then why bother assigning one in the first place?

comment Catapult + Immovable Rod
The rod text states that it doesn't move unless the button is pushed. Another condition is to apply 8000+ pounds. The rod wins.

comment Are undead and creatures immune to charm excluded from the HP count of Sleep?
Just remember, not being affected by magical sleep is not the same as immune to being charmed. So you (half-elves at least) can have your HP total reduce the spell effectivness, but not actually be put to sleep.

comment How many times do you roll damage for Magic Missile?
If a dart did damage to more than one target you would only roll once, like with fireball. However the spell description states there are multiple missles, and I read it as they each do their own separate damage.

comment Is there a way to remove a spellcaster's magic forever?
Cut out tongue, remove hands. Seems like a quick and gruesome solution. Unless he has outside help, he's not gonna be casting anything. Maybe brand his forehead too, as a warning to whoever might think about helping him.
