It’s not clear to me that rebuilding is the same as building in the first place, so I am not sure I buy that the quote from Dungeon Master’s Guide even applies. I think this answer would be improved by expanding some on that subject. | |

For point 2, can you expand on your argument a bit more? It seems like you're reading the word "disqualify" as meaning something other than "cease to meet the requirements," which would have been my reading. | |
