Your terminology ("full-defense action", "Reflex roll") seems like it's based on a previous edition of D&D. This question is about D&D 5e. You may want to edit your answer correspondingly to make sure it fits the D&D 5e rules (and the fact that due to bounded accuracy, the margin between a hit and a miss will likely be much lower, since bonuses in general are smaller). | |
