Apr 24, 2019 at 20:06 comment added Mołot @goodguy5 as far as I remember, in 5e there is no separation of rules and flavor text, whole entry is a rule set of given entity. Answer would benefit from tracking this down, sadly it's late now where I live so I can't help.
