Mar 24, 2020 at 12:49 comment added KRyan @nijineko It isn’t shopping because I am not seeking a best one, or recommendations, or anything like that. I want completion, if possible. It is a list question, but those aren’t always bad—so long as they’re finite, of a reasonable length, and not subject to frequent updating. By showing my work, I feel I have demonstrated that there probably isn’t much more out there, and no new sources are being published that fit the question’s criteria. Based on current voting, it seems the community concurs with that assessment.
Mar 24, 2020 at 12:45 comment added KRyan @J.Mini Actually, that is almost exactly what "idem" is for—it just means “same source I just mentioned,” in that case Magic of Incarnum. It saves filling up the paragraph with too much citation. You should mentally replace it, though.
