Jul 22, 2020 at 23:30 | comment | added | findusl | I'm not sure if this is a thing on rpg.se but this is a question where I would love to see a community wiki answer that gets extended by different people to be as complete as possible. It may be a long answer, but I think it would be a useful one.

Jul 22, 2020 at 18:51 | comment | added | NotArch | I'm not sure if it'd help, but providing the races and classes of your party would really help us narrow down to relevant answers. Otherwise, a complete answer really needs to review every class/race/item/feat/etc that could interact with incapacitated conditions to see what interacts. It's a LOT of legwork that really anyone could do (including you.)
Jul 22, 2020 at 18:43 | comment | added | NotArch | Can you please remove the notes and just consolidate your updated question to exactly what you're trying to ask? I think it's obfuscating the question itself. You can always add a comment with what you did and why (or put it in the edit notes.) Updating the title to reflect your new focus would also help!

Jul 22, 2020 at 13:55 | comment | added | enkryptor | There's going to be a huge list, since many mechanics say things like "within 5 feet of the target and not incapacitated", and I doubt it is even possible to compile a full list, because there are more spells, adventures, monster features, etc.

Jul 22, 2020 at 13:05 | comment | added | Exempt-Medic | Are you interested in all examples of this? For example, a Barbarian cannot benefit from Danger Sense while Incapacitated, which the Danger Sense class feature explicitly states. Or are you interested only in more general examples that are not class feature or racial trait specific?

Jul 22, 2020 at 12:30 | comment | added | KorvinStarmast | There are a few related q and a's about this, I'll get some links. Strongly suggest that your review this Q&A. I think this might be a dupe, but take a look at my answer to that. Your basic problem is with something breaking concentration, and that Q&A nails it with how to break concentration in ways other than doing damage to the concentrator. Also, the answer to your last sentence is yes, else this site would not field so many questione. 8^p.
Jul 22, 2020 at 8:23 | comment | added | Szega | Based on the example given, I think this is well defined. It might be worth it to call them "mechanical consequences" to clarify.

Jul 22, 2020 at 7:20 | comment | added | J.E | Maybe one day, we can all get together and rewrite the rules so that they are actually navigable and make sense... But this is not the day. On a more serious note, depending on how specific do you want to get, this could get long. You might want to qualify what counts as serious enough consequence. I'm already seeing a needs more focus close vote.
