Thankyou some great options there, not sure how I missed protection from good evil. That combined then with the other tactics you suggest, and using long distance communication magic to interact with the aboleth more safely means I can create an intricate but believable story around this NPC and include all of this in his notes which eventually the PCs might come across. | |
