If so who is allowed to cast the spell? Anyone in the navy? Anyone acting on the Navy behalf? Only the admiral in charge of the fleet maneuver? the king/queen? The only possible fix I could imagine is if this is a short duration spell that wears off eventually and can't be cast indefinitely to perpetuate the ships existence indefinately. | |
