The text you refer to in Earth Spell says, "if you cast a spell using a spell slot one level higher than the spell's actual level". This will hold true for any combination of these effects, as long as you apply any "level" of Heighten Spell. As the final paragraph in the answer states, Easy/Practical Metamagic CANNOT reduce the "spell slot level" below one level higher than the actual spell's level.

Nov 12, 2022 at 11:38	comment	added	From		I wanted to differentiate between the metamagics and the meta-metamagics, so I moved Sanctum up first, since Heighten and Earth sort-of ties together. Easy/Practical was always last, because that's where the devil's truly in the details.
