Oct 25, 2013 at 15:34 comment added wax eagle Note, the power specifically states it does not require LOE. Sorry that's relevant too, my mistake for not including it..burst was for clarity in meaning, but it specifies "any spot within 20 squares of you." That one's on me not you.

Oct 25, 2013 at 14:13 comment added Neil Slater @wax eagle: Thanks, what I was missing was whether the power was tactical battle-based or not. Also the burst 20 adds restrictions - you would still need line of effect to the "spotter" location - unless the power suggest otherwise.
