After 8 hours of rest and 15 minutes of "wake up time" all per spell slots have recovered. Even in the video game of Baldur's Gate, all one has to do is rest for 8 hours and all their spell-like abilities have recovered and that is how I would run it. | |

Further, spell-like abilities are not "cast as" any class, most of the time, so it is impossible to follow the rules of such a class, so that bit can't be right. | |
