Pathfinder Downtime: Earning capital, Owning Buildings, in a small town

My character is a bard with a lyre of building which the GM states generates 300 labor for the 10g per point but has no limit based on the small town. A small town normally has a limit on "utilising" 1 capital type of at most 15.

I'm sure it is pretty clear to most folks, but I am confused and read over it several times. In this scenario I have 4 buildings:

  • Monument: 0 goods, 6 influence, 0 labour, 0 magic - cost 10/0/8/10
  • Tavern: 16 goods, 27 influence, 16 labour, 0 magic - 39/3/38/39
  • Hospital: 25 goods, 51 influence, 0 labour, 0 magic - 62/5/58/62
  • Castle: 75 goods, 168 influence, 61 labour, 4 magic - 2108/48/449/527

Now, if I total up the (take 10) rolls as:

  • 13 goods
  • 27 influence
  • 9 labour
  • 4 magic

That has me totaled out at 53 for one day - but my city has me limited to 15 goods, influence, labour, OR magic each day. Does that mean that the most I can get after a year is (15 x 52 x 5) 3,900 in one as in 3,900 labour or split evenly/unevenly amongst the 4? Can I only spend 3,900 capital in one year on a project? Also - is it 65/week or 105/week? Can I earn capital on a Saturday or Sunday? I understand a character needing weekends, but if I get enough staff for the weekend, that has no penalties...

Lastly, I'm under the impression that the resources provided the opportunity to purchase that capital instead of just providing the capital itself. Meaning I would have to purchase it based on what was provided (e.g. at 100% goods I would pay 39,000 gold).

I even tried hitting the errata forums for paizos website, but it seems that wasn't at the top of their priorities.
