Aug 9, 2016 at 22:46 comment added RonLugge At any skill level, really, @GunnarSödergren. A dedicated crafter can frequently craft at twice the skill cap -- the cap for crafting. That is potent. It's restricted by the limited number of uses, but cleverly used that is very potent.
