Some of this was an oversight, per a tweet by Jeremy Crawford. The case cited is the omission of Eldritch Blast from the Warlock cantrip list.
The remaining "missing" content should be addressed at the 15 January Q&A on reddit.
The content level in the SRD is similar to the content offered up in the original issue of the Basic Rules. It provided partial class and monster detail, not all of it.
