I've been looking for the rules of embracing in Vampire Dark Ages 20th Aniversary Edition and Vampire The Masquerade 20th Aniversary Edition, but I've not found anything.

One of my players, a Gargoyle, says that he can embrace animals, but I really don't know if this is possible at all.

According to this Link is not possible to embrace animals, but it does not show any refference to the books, so I don't know if it is completely true, or there's any exception for gargoyles.
