While reading some answers, I have found that:

Combat Expertise, Dodge, Mobility, and Spring Attack are all quite weak (feat)

So I am looking for a partial classification or ranking of feat in D&D 3.5e base on how strong or weak is the advantage of the said feat

Is there a resource that performs a ranking of most or all of the feats in D&D 3.5e based on how strong or weak the said feat is, like the class tier system?
