I realize WotC has moved on, but my group started late (Dec. '14) with 4e. I was amazed there wasn't a full campaign setting available for what I now know as 'Points of Light'.

Is there any good game mechanic for incorporating Faerun (Forgotten Realms) into PoL? Or should I just have my group find a portal and pick up from there?
