My group started in late Dec 14th with D&D 4e and its, in the Points of Light setting, and we'd now like to transition to playing with. My players have expressed an interest in making the switch to 5e. D&D 5e system and using theiris set in Forgotten Realms setting, a completely new and different world, so we have to switch and I need a good way to do it.
Is there any good game mechanic for making the switch to Faerun (Forgotten Realms) from PoL? Or should I just havemake something up like having my group find a portal and pickpicking up from there?
