Hi - I am the CRM Program Manager at a major healthcare provider. My aim is to guide all of my users through the wonderful world of Salesforce.com. I have worked as both a business process developer and a program manager for global sales companies, a consultant working internationally for the world's foremost software manufacturer for top banks, a developer for an online university (using the Force.com platform), a QA analyst, a systems analyst, a developer, a systems architect and I also sold mortgages waaaay back in the day. Prior to that I was a chef for 9 years
