How can I break world building down into something manageable?
You may want to start with the summary of your process first then explain how each step you took in this specific example ties back to give additional detail. Right now it looks more like an anecdote than an answer and the reader has to parse the actual process out.

Does the penalty to movement speed while grappling stack if you grapple two opponents?
It also has a section marked AC. That is modified constantly. Even attributes can be temporarily modified

Whats your reasoning for speed always being constant? It your speed is halved, not your movement is halved which sounds like the stat itself is reduced?

Exactly that. You could even walk them in a staggering pattern but I don't think you'd gain any movement that way.

Worth noting you can drag only one creature at a time and not break grapple on the other if you stay within 5 feet of them

What is the point of applying shield spikes to a one-handed weapon?
....The question is about creating new weapons, using the shield designation. Not about already existing ones. The heavy shield exists and exists with spikes. However there is no option for creating a new weapon and having it classify as a heavy shield.

Weapon creation doesn't appear to offer an option that lets you select heavy shield. Only light shield. d20pfsrd.com/equipment---final/weapons#TOC-Creating-New-Weap‌ons

Yup. But you can only make it a light shield, not a heavy one. I'll add quotes in a second

Where are you getting these stats?
