I have seen that underUnder each different discipline in on the tome of battleTome of Battle there is a list of associated weapons. My question here is ifAre these areweapons flavour based-based, or do you actually need a weapon ofon the list to use stances and maneuvers of that discipline?

More info: I am building a Warbladewarblade and I am interested in using the Diamond Mind and the White ravenRaven disciplines. If you see the associatedThe disciplines' weapon lists of each of these disciplines, they do not share a common weapon. Will I need to be changingchange between greatsword and bastardsword for example, bastard sword in order to use the different disciplines?
