I just re-read the rules about monks and I wonder how to interprete this from the PHB:

Immediately after you take the Attack action on your turn, you can spend 1 ki point to make two unarmed strikes as a bonus action.

Is it allowed to spent one ki point only (per turn), because another ki point would not be spent immediately after the attack action? I had never a monk in my groups until now but always thought the answer would be yes.

Can you spend additional ki points to make additional attacks as part of the Flurry of Blows bonus action, e.g. 2 ki points to make four attacks with your bonus action?

And a second question: The ki point must be spent immediately after the attack action, but does the bonus action also has to take place at this time (e.g. monks are not allowed to move between attack and Flurry of Blows)? I assume, yes.
